Hacheston churchyard contains 212 graves, two of which are war graves, and an 18th century Mausoleum belonging to the Arcedeckne family. The links shown to the left of the page take you to further information about the churchyard.
Please note that there are Diocesan rules relating to churchyards (see the Churchyards page on the Diocesan website), the grave markers or headstones that can be placed there, and items specifically prohibited. The latter are listed in a separate Churchyard Rules document (pdf format) and include " kerbs, surrounds, railings, stone or other chippings, sundials, bird baths, portraits, lights, toys, trees or shrubs". Please speak to us if you have any concerns or questions relating to churchyards.
